Electronic transactions are conducted in the secure environment of Eurobank, in accordance with international security protocols.

Payments with Strong Customer Authentication
The Eurobank e-Commerce service fully supports the 3D Secure security protocol, ensuring secure online card payments. To reduce the risk of fraud for electronic transactions, it implements Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).

Secure Online Environment
Customers make their payments in the secure online environment of Eurobank. Access to Eurobank systems is protected by Firewall technology. The Firewall allows the use of specific services and blocks others. Additionally, it prevents unauthorized users from gaining access to systems and databases containing confidential data and information.

Data Encryption
All payments made using a card are processed through Eurobank’s electronic payment platform ‘Eurobank e-Commerce’ and use TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).

Shipping methods

AELLIS FOOD can ship its products all over Europe and to certain non-European Union countries. Product shipments are carried out in collaboration with DHL.

Delivery time:

• For ready-to-deliver products: 3-5 working days depending on the country and region.
• For products that are not in stock, delivery times will be communicated via email.

AELLIS FOOD is not responsible for delayed delivery due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, transportation issues, government or legislative actions, strikes, etc.).

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are determined according to DHL rates.

Product returns:

You may return products purchased within 14 days of their receipt.

To process a product return and refund:

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the retail receipt.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the sender unless the return is due to an error in the initial order by AELLIS FOOD.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the order.
